How an endurance adventurer battled lockdown feat. Sean Conway

In this episode of When It Hits The Fan, we chat to endurance adventurer Sean Conway about his efforts to stay sane during the UK’s various lockdowns – and how his 496 challenge provided a template for adventure on your own doorstep.

Sean, originally from Zimbabwe but now living in North Wales, is one of the world’s most accomplished endurance adventurers, having undertaken a dizzying array of physically punishing challenges.

These include swimming from Lands End to John O’Groats, completing an ‘ultimate triathlon’, breaking world records for cycling and many more.

Sean is the author of six books on his incredible exploits.
