Even if you’re not the type to try to spiritually connect with unfamiliar animals in strange places, bites happen. Consider this situation: you’re enjoying lunch at a market in Phnom Penh. Conversation with new friends gets going, you start gesticulating with your new favourite food, served on a stick. Suddenly, a stray dog lunges for a bite. Gets a bit of you, too. What do you do now?
