Multi-Trip Annual

battleface single-trip travel medical policies provide cover for a single trip and can be purchased up to 365 days in advance. Some of the benefit limits are adjustable and you can add optional extras such as Sports and Activities cover.

The Annual Multi-Trip Travel Medical policy is a comparable package of benefits but is best suited for those who love to travel spontaneously, or take multiple trips per year.

You may select a start date for your plan up to 180 days into the future.

There is no limit to the number of trips you can take each 365-day period. Note that the benefit limits shown within the policy document are per annual plan, not per trip . The maximum covered length for any one trip is set as standard to 31 days, but you can upgrade this limit to 62 or 92 days.

There’s no need to notify us! Go ahead and plan your trip, knowing that your battleface plan is valid the entire 12 months.

Pretty much! There are a few countries and regions where we can’t offer cover. These are detailed on your policy document and insurance certificate.

A Pre-exiting Medical Condition is any Medical Condition that, within the last 12 months, required any:

  1. surgery, inpatient or outpatient treatment, referrals or investigations of any sort. This includes being on any waiting list, taking any prescription medication, tablets or required medical treatment (This will not apply to common colds, flu or contraceptive medication);
  2. medical advice or treatment for any respiratory condition relating to the lungs or breathing;
  3. medical advice or treatment for any heart, stroke or diabetic condition.

If you, a family member, or a traveling companion have a pre-existing medical condition you need to be aware that many travel medical insurance policies exclude any losses resulting from that condition. If you have to cancel or interrupt your trip due to that condition, or if you become ill with that condition while traveling, you will not be covered.

Use our handy Travel Tool to easily find entry regulations and COVID-19 travel requirements for your next destination.

It’s the perfect, budget-friendly plan for people who like to travel frequently or spontaneously. The Multi-Trip Annual Plan offers you a full range of benefits, including:

  • A comprehensive range of benefits
  • COVID-19 medical and cancellation cover
  • Available coverage for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions
  • Optional Sports & Activities cover
  • 24/7 Worldwide Travel Assistance

The limits shown for the Multi-Trip Annual plan are the aggregate maximum limits for the plan year. Cancellation limit is based on per person per trip.

We would encourage you to purchase a single-trip plan, instead of the Multi-Trip Annual plan, to ensure you have sufficient coverage in the event you need to cancel or interrupt your trip.

We don’t recommend it. It’s more cost-effective for you to select one plan or the other. In the event of a claim, only the policy with the highest benefit limits would apply.
