Business Trip Plan
Comprehensive policy tailoring
Once we’ve targeted the bare essentials with one of our standard travel benefits plans, the tailoring process begins. We match add-ons based on a group-specific profile. We use our extensive experience, innovative underwriting, technology and ground-breaking services to design policies that provide a comprehensive solution for your organisation’s travelling needs.
With our international business travel insurance policies, employees get the coverage they need to succeed, whether visiting an international conference or on a placement overseas. We’re able to build and develop policies for your team, understanding the unique demands and needs of each community.
We understand that global companies need reliable access to high-quality services backed by insurance benefits that deliver real-time solutions in changing situations.
We customise policies for multinational universities, tailored for their travelling employees travelling worldwide. We ensure that on-the-ground emergency support is built into every solution with 24/7 access and support.
We work with universities, groups of students, educators, and researchers living, studying and working around the world.
We work with NGOs, humanitarian aid groups, mission groups, charities and many other foundations with employees travelling globally, including in hostile or challenging destinations.
Our team connects with agents on the ground to find the most appropriate hospitals, engage with translations, manage logistics and liaise with local governments, all using cashless medical networks to keep things moving efficiently and effectively.

Getting a quote for business trip cover is simple with battleface. During the quoting phase, we’ll ask you about:
- The size of your company
- The estimated number of trips your team will be taking
- The start date of your cover
As well as this, we’ll require some additional top-level information about you (name, job title, email) and your company (name, industry, business address).
We like to keep things simple; so, when purchasing business insurance with us, we only require you to tell us the number of employees that are travelling.
