The National Weather Service has issued a tropical storm warning for Tropical Storm Fred, and therefore became a known event as of August 11, 2021. In order for travel insurance coverage to be available, a policy must have been purchased on or before August 11, 2021. Since this event is no longer unforeseen, policies issued on or after August 11, 2021 will not cover this event.
